UX Design

I’m currently completing the Google UX Design Professional Certificate, an eight-course program focused on the fundamentals of user experience design. Through the program, I’m learning the full UX design process—from understanding user needs and identifying pain points to ideating solutions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs through usability studies. I’m also gaining experience with UX research methods such as planning studies, conducting interviews, and synthesizing insights into design decisions, while applying principles like user-centered design, accessibility, and equity-focused design.

This project began as a general prompt to design an app and responsive website for a public art museum. After conducting a competitive audit, I identified a consistent gap: none of the platforms I reviewed offered a streamlined way to book group or field trips. That insight shifted the direction of the project, reframing the problem to focus on simplifying and improving the group booking experience—transforming a broad museum app concept into a more targeted, user-centered solution.

While this page is a work in progress as I continue through the certificate, the samples below highlight the process and some of the work I’ve completed so far.
